This layout was the beginning of the AD Stitching Template Kits. It was the first one I made and stitched and while doing so posted about it on social media and learned that lots of people were interested in stitching designs like this.

For quite awhile I was dreaming up a design that featured waves going across the whole background and stitching with an ombré-style color fade.

I let the photos of the beautiful waters in Destin, FL serve as the color inspiration. I picked colors that went from a light green to dark emerald like the shallow waters and then light blue to dark blue like the deeper waters further out.

Then the papers I used layered behind the photos follow a similar color pattern.

These stitching template kits have been in a higher demand than I was expecting and always seems to sell out quickly. We've got a restock of them all coming any day now so keep an eye on this link...

I love how this layout brings together your creativity and inspiration from nature! The ombré stitching design really captures the beauty of the ocean and creates such a calming, dynamic feel to the page. I can see why these stitching kits are in high demand – they add a beautiful, personal touch to any project. The way you’ve tied the colors of the waters in Destin into both the stitching and the layered papers is just brilliant. Looking forward to the restock – I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out! Thanks for sharing your process and inspiration. https://templatecalendar.com/
