The great thing about having a partner who shares your passion for watches is that you can spend an entire afternoon on your couch showing each other pictures of beautiful timepieces or pouring over videos of watchmakers explaining the intricate details link of a movement. The downside to this, if it can be called that, link is that it's hard to surprise this link partner when you are asked to spend an imaginary $5,000 to pick out a watch for her.
It was (and, I'd argue, is) also something of a mechanical marvel, and its name is not just link marketing speak. The curved case design provided many challenges when it came link to fitting a movement inside. The solution, was that some models had movements as curved as the link watches themselves – no easy feat.
