The second I saw this cut file in the Silhouette Design Store, I immediately started planning the layout in my head! Don't you love it when something inspires you immediately!?

I cut the design out of a green/blue patterned paper and then backed the middle opening with a dotted patterned paper. Then I added a lot of splashes around the outer edges of the heart.

I also added some of my favorite Nuvo Jewel Drops in Sea Breeze for even more splash detail.

This was one of those layouts that was super easy from start to finish and all because of the splash heart cut file!
