DIY Paper Easter Egg Embellishments

Dress up your scrapbook pages and projects with these three easy Easter Egg embellishments.

If you are looking for an fun way to embellish your Easter layout you should try making your own paper Easter eggs.

I made three different Easter egg designs really quick with some simple supplies.

1. I covered an oval die cut with strips of washi tape, added some stitching to the edges of the tape, and then finished with a sticker in the center.

2. I covered an oval die cut with small slanted strips of patterned paper and then added embroidery floss over (not stitched, you can just adhere them on the backside) the strips.

3. I cut the oval out of patterned paper, added stitching to a die cut heart and adhered it to the center, and then topped it off with a sticker.

Easy peasy!
