The layout I'm sharing today showcases two interesting ways you can incorporate 6x6" papers onto your layout. I just love playing with these smaller papers on full size layouts!
The first super easy way you can use 6x6" papers is to use them as a larger photo mat for square photos. On this layout I've used a 4x4" photo with a full 6x6" sheet as a mat. You gotta love those times when you don't even need a paper trimmer!
The second way I used 6x6" papers is a great way to get past the small size of paper! I wanted to use longer strips for my background so I cut two strips of each paper and placed one below the photo mat and one above giving the illusion of longer strips.
You can't even tell that those are just short strips! On the left side the orange strip isn't completely hidden by the photo mat so I hide the seam behind the stars cluster.
So there's two super easy ways to use 6x6" paper pads on your full size layouts!
I've also got a process video of this layout that shows it being created from start to finish.
I've also got lots of sketches made specifically for use with 6x6" papers. You can find them all here: Sketches for 6x6" Papers
