NEW - True Colors: Graduation | Scrapbook Generation Printables & Cut Files

We've got a new printables collection at Scrapbook Generation called True Colors: Graduation. It features printable graduation themed collections in the seven of the most popular school colors. And, I made cut files to go with the graduation theme as well!

I used the orange set of printables show above with a "Congrats Grad" cut file to create a layout about Drew's high school graduation.

Supplies used - Cardstock: American Crafts; Patterned papers: Scrapbook Generation; Cut file: Cut Files by Allison Davis; Glitter: Stickles; 4-point star confetti: unknown; Embroidery floss: DMC; Computer font: Century Gothic

I used black cardstock for the cut file and then backed it with several of the patterned papers, using a different pattern for each letter.

Then I added a stitched border inside each letter, matching the color of thread to the main color of that patterned paper.

From the very first second I saw the cut out pieces, I had the idea to make it look like there were graduation hats being thrown upwards on my layout. I hand drew a loopy line that lead to each cut out hat and then stitched it with a light grey embroidery floss.

I also used lots of the star cut outs and some fun confetti I had left over from creating our Eras Tour outfits.

Here's a look at all the cut files that coordinate with the True Colors collection...

First of all, everything the brand did fit in a similar case size as the normal perpetual calendar, just slightly wider and thicker. Only slightly. At 44.4mm and link 15mm thick in a platinum case, there's some heft on the wrist. And yet, it's far more wearable than the Franck Mueller (or Patek, for that matter, which is a workout with two hands). But inside is where it link counts. link For all the celebration of the accuracy, how IWC did it is almost as interesting as the result.

Ultimately, the goal here is to choose a watch that link will make your mother feel good. Not only because it's a precious gift, but because it's something special you link picked out with her in mind. If link you are extra lucky and actually get to spend some time together with her in person, it would be a nice gesture to put the watch on her wrist for her. It's that same warm feeling you want your mother to feel every time she puts it on her wrist for many years to come. Happy Mother's Day!

I am not able to print 12" paper -- is there a company that I can order those collection? I have purchased from you before - but was able to purchase the actual paper. I want this for my granddaughter that is graduating from college this May. I would also love the cutfile you used. Love this all!

How did you add a stitched border to the cutfile?
