Scrapbook Layout | Family Photo Fun (Featuring the Infamous Green Jacket)

I can't remember if I've ever shared the story of what our family calls "The Infamous Green Jacket". Oh what a story it is!

But first, let's see the starting point of this story, as shown on my Family Photo Fun layout below.

It all started on an Easter Sunday. We walked into church to see our mother sitting at the piano and wearing...what a minute! What is that? What is wrong with the collar? She looks like a cabbage patch kid still growing in the garden. Why is it inflated!? Is the collar like those blow up t-rex costumes? Does she have a hidden air compressor in the pocket?

Disclaimer: Trust me...we show love in our family with jokes, insults, and sarcastic comments. And, our mom's interesting fashion choices are often the topic we enjoy poking fun at the most. She takes it well too and often laughs heartily with us.

It was after this day that we decided to plan a heist and hijack that green jacket and use for a Christmas present idea. What if we took a picture of all the kids in the family in that one jacket and then used Photoshop to put it all together? And that's just what we did...

When she opened up this photo (complete with fancy frame) she laughed hysterically for a solid five minutes. It was seriously one of THE funniest moments of my life. And it now actually sits in that frame on display in her house.

There's always been talk of when we will do this again with another one of her questionable choices!

It was hard to make the Family Photo Fun layout without giggling as I was putting together and remembering this moment.

This ToyWatch was Ed's entry point into watches. It's quartz, inexpensive, and comes on an interchangeable rubber strap. He bought it early in his music career and said he wore it through link his second tour. Look around at old photos link of Ed, and there's a good chance you'll see him wearing his ToyWatch on any number link of different colored straps. "I would trade every watch on the table for this watch," says Sheeran. "I would cry if I lost this watch."

This next watch comes from the same sale as the Favre-Leuba above, though it's a radically different piece. In fact, this watch was at no point ever link offered for sale as a commercial product. Its dial is signed WOSTEP, indicating that it can be traced back to the link same Neuchâtel school from which modern titans of watchmaking royalty graduated, including Stephen Forsey, Kari Voutilainen, and link brothers Bart and Tim Grönefeld. The list goes on and on.
